Introduction
This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for canceling ongoing services provided by Hardcore Technology LLC. We aim to ensure transparency and fairness for both parties involved.
Notice of Cancellation
Clients must provide a written notice of cancellation at least 30 days in advance. Notice can be sent via email to [email protected].
Cancellation Process
Upon receiving the cancellation notice, we will acknowledge receipt within 5 business days and initiate the cancellation process.
Fees and Refunds
Ongoing Projects:
- If the cancellation occurs after the project has commenced, the client will be billed for the work completed up to the cancellation date. Any advance payments made will be adjusted against the final invoice.
- If a project is canceled before the commencement of work, any advance payments made will be refunded, minus a processing fee of 10%.
Monthly Services (e.g., SEO, Website Maintenance):
If cancellation notice is given 30 days in advance, the client will not be billed for the next billing cycle.
If less than 30 days’ notice is given, the client will be billed for the next billing cycle, and services will continue until the end of that period.
Termination by Hardcore Technology LLC
Hardcore Technology LLC reserves the right to terminate services without notice under the following conditions:

Upon cancellation, Hardcore Technology LLC will:
Re-engagement
Clients wishing to re-engage services after cancellation may do so by contacting us. Re-engagement will be subject to a new agreement and may involve additional setup fees.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from cancellations will be handled in accordance with our standard dispute resolution policy outlined in our terms of service.
